Ice Painting
We'll apply your white basecoat paint, lines, circles and any logos, either paint or lay-in, whichever you may require.
Logo Installation
We manufacture, supply and install custom perforated paper logos and easy-to-install reusable cloth logos.
Training
Certified by the NHL, our Technical Advisor can train your entire team for more efficient, safe, and effective ice maintenance and operation of equipment.
We supply all the required equipment to ensure markings are done to the applicable rules and we will provide sufficient seal coats of ice to protect our work and allow you to finish your ice building.

Meet Tech-Ice
For over 14 years, the Lapointe family has been painting ice surfaces in Quebec.
It all started in 1996.
Nothing could bring more pleasure than seeing a slab arena concrete come to life with the brilliant colors of painted ice.

Denis was the Iceman for the Canadian Forces starting at CFB Edmonton in 1986 and has been the Rink Operations Manager at CFB Borden in Ontario and CFB Shearwater in Nova Scotia.
Subsequently, he became a certified Ice Technician NHL in 1999 by ORFA (Ontario Recreation Facilities Association).
Upon his release from the Canadian Forces in 1995, he continued to take classes to further his knowledge to his NHL qualification, Curling Level 3, Class B as a Fixed Machine Mechanic and became a Certified Trainer by Emploi-Quebec.
His work as an arena manager continued until 2007 when he decided to become involved full time in his company, Technicien de glace inc.

Since 2012, Daniel is a fully NHL CIT qualified Iceman with a professional diploma in refrigeration.
He has been part of Technicien de glace inc. since he was 12 years old, following in his fathers’ footsteps at Technicien de glace inc. in 1996.
